A study published in the Journal of Chinese Medicine found both the SNAP-IV Questionnaire and the activity scale of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) were better for children that took cinnamon aromatherapy for 6 months than for ADHD children who did not. The journal authors wrote, “Cinnamon aromatherapy is a good alternative therapy.”1 Cinnamon aromatherapy is not the only way to obtain benefits from cinnamon.
