We are a company based in the island of Formosa (Taiwan) and we specialize in producing and selling premium and specialty tea products. All our teas are made of only the highest quality hand picked and carefully selected tea leaves and we pride ourselves in being able to provide our customers with a superb taste experience.
How can I buy the Karma Kisses products?
Purchasing one of our delightful teas is very easy and quick. All you need to do is go to the online store, make your selection, then go to your basket and proceed to checkout.
Do I need to register on your site?
Yes, if you want to make a purchase, it is best that you register an account with us. This doesn’t take long at all, we only need your name, email address and a password and you will be set up to begin your premium tea shopping experience with us.

What products do we offer?
All our teas are organically grown, hand picked and carefully selected to offer the best in quality and choice for the tea lover. Just one cup of any of our delicious blends is enough to give you energy, boost your health and immune systems with antioxidants and set up for a great day.
What are the main types of tea I can buy on Karma Kisses?
We offer Black, Oolong and Green Tea blends, selected from the best organic tea leaves from the island of Formosa.
What are the best feature of the Delightful Organic Red Oolong Tea products?
Red Oolong (meaning ‘dark tea dragon’) originates from the Island and it’s an invigorating and energizing tea with a mild and light taste coupled with a sweet smelling fruity fragrance. It combines the benefits of both black and green tea. It helps you flush toxins, fight heart disease, cancer and other conditions dangerous for your health. It also contains a special enzyme that stimulates fat burning.
What can you tell me about your Black Tea?
You can easily switch from coffee in the mornings to our Organic Island Breakfast Black Tea. With its strong and rich taste, it’s the perfect breakfast beverage and it’s made from 100% certified Formosa Island Tea. Black tea consumption benefits the heart and can help prevent cancer and strokes. In addition, It’s also good to alleviate stress and help with concentration.
What about the Green Tea you offer?
The Organic Island Green Dew Tea is made following a Japanese method where the tea plants mature for 3 weeks. This results in a mild flavour and gives the tea a light dewy pale colour. Green tea can be drunk throughout the day, it helps to slow down aging and stimulates your metabolism so it’s great for aiding weight loss as part of a healthy diet.
How do you know about teas?
Our in-house expert, Mama Angel, is the one behind the tea blends. She ensures that we stay true to our beliefs, only select the best leaves and using the combination of the wisdom and experience of generations of tea growers, we combine it with modern technology for superior results.
What about the environment? Doesn’t farming ultimately damage local habitats?
We always apply environmentally sound and sustainable farming practices when it comes to growing our teas. Therefore, we see Karma Kisses not only as a business but as part of the local community. We want to ensure that achieving our business goals and offering high-quality products to our customers, does not come at the expense of the local environment or doesn’t negatively affect any of our employees or partners.

Shipping and Delivery

What is your shipping policy?
Our aim is to ship all products within 3 business days of the date you ordered. You should kindly wait for about eight to fifteen days for your order to be delivered, either via registered post or airmail. We also offer an expedited shipping option should you require your product to be delivered. faster.

What if my order is delayed?
We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on time, as this is highly dependent on the shipping company. If you need your order within a short period of time, then please use the expedited option at checkout.
Can I return a product?
We do not accept returns of any food items as we want to preserve the freshness and quality of our products.
When a client purchases our products, they can feel reassured that our foods meet the highest quality standard. We do not compromise on the integrity of our products—all products are made and packed fresh and we never reuse any returned or damaged products.
However, if the item has arrived in a condition that deems it unsuitable for consumption, endeavour to contact us and have it returned to us as soon as you can. We will review all complaints on a case by case basis and refund you within 30 days of purchase if your complaint is approved.
