Your Pack Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment, depending on stock availability. Our teas are made and packaged freshly in small batches and may sometimes be out of stock. If an out-of-stock product is back-ordered, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and ship your order as soon as the product becomes available. First Class Mail

Orders are normally shipped via registered International First-Class Mail unless otherwise specified. Please note there is no complete tracking information with this shipping method. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number that shows the package has been accepted by the post office. Typically shipping takes about 8-15 days to deliver to most countries with International First-Class Mail.

Parcel Post

Parcel Post is generally for bulk orders or larger packages than normal Letter Post. Depending on the regulations of each country, customs may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We may consolidate different item and ship them together for better protection. We may occasionally ship items from your order separately to ensure your order arrives in the best condition possible.

Express Mail Service (EMS)

International Express Mail Service (EMS) with tracking may also be available for an additional cost for faster delivery. When your order has shipped, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Compared to the First-Class Mail and Parcel Post, EMS typically arrives faster and has up to date tracking information that can become useful in case of any issues during delivery.

Cost of Shipping

Shipping fees include handling, packing fees and postage which may vary due to the shipping location. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Multiple items in an order may be packaged and shipped separately to provide the best quality and control of your order during delivery.

Do you ship to my country?
Answer: We strive to ship to you no matter where you live or travel and will ship your order when we receive confirmation. However, if postal service is restricted or unreliable in your country, then unfortunately we may not be able to ship to your location at that time. Please let our service team know if you have any questions.
How much is the shipping fee to my country?
Answer: Shipping via First Class Registered Mail is currently available for most locations. Parcel Post or Express Mail Service (EMS) may be available as additional options for a higher fee. Please see shipping fees before completing your order.
I saw that my package was shipped, but I cannot track it.
Answer: If your order was shipped via First-Class Mail , tracking is not available for this shipping method so unfortunately, we cannot provide tracking.
My package hasn't arrived after 17 days. Can you provide any tracking information?
Answer: For packages shipped by International First-Class Mai unfortunately we cannot provide tracking information. Although, a lot of customers receive their orders within one week, typically it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive, in rare situations (up to 5 weeks) your order may take even longer. If your order is shipped via International First-Class Mail, tracking information is not available, your satisfaction is our priority and we encourage you to let us know if you have any questions about your order.
